Seeking muscle toning and strength improvement? Our low-impact strength-building class is your answer. With deliberate, controlled movements that engage your core and stabilisers, this class targets every muscle group, allowing you to build strength without joint strain.​

Mat Pilates

Tower Pilates Class

A Tower Pilates class uses the Tower unit, an attachment with springs, bars, and straps, to target the core, arms, legs, and back.

 

Key Features:

•⁠  ⁠Resistance-based exercises to enhance strength, flexibility, & alignment.
•⁠  ⁠Movements like leg springs, arm springs, and roll-downs focus on posture and core stability.

Yoga

The instructor will lead  you to engage in a variety of yoga practices, including physical postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), and meditation. Classes aim to improve overall health by uniting breath with body movement, building strength and flexibility, and fostering mental clarity and stress reduction.

 

Maryam’s classes are welcoming to all levels and background from Beginners to seasoned practitioners.

Yoga Wheel

Yoga Wheel uses a circular prop, the yoga wheel, to deepen stretches, open the body, assist to build strength and assist with various yoga poses.

 

It's particularly helpful for improving flexibility, spinal alignment, and achieving backbends. This class are suitable for a range of experience levels.

Pre Natal Yoga
