Jenniffer Hiew
A seasoned Personal Trainer of 7 years with a Kinesiology degree, specialising in customised exercise programs for seniors and those with disabilities. Certified in EMS technology, she enhances workouts targeting specific muscle groups.
Also a Reformer Pilates instructor, she emphasises the mind-body connection. Clients benefit from improved posture and coordination in her safe, organized environment.
